Inventory Depletions
In addition to processing wholesale orders and
tracking shipments down to the customer, Vintegrate contains a
built-in integration with depletions data services (Trade Pulse,
BDN) and custom depletions reporting for better sales analysis.
Because this information all lives inside Vintegrate, wineries gain
supreme visibility into the various distribution channels and
assess financial impacts.

Allocations
The logic around the allocation of inventory varies
significantly from winery to winery. For this reason, our
development team has had the most fun with building our allocation
module and is confident that it will satisfy 99% of wineries
needs'. We followed a flexible, client-defined model to enable
allocation of your most in-demand product by channel, sales person,
territory, or customer.
Futures
Vintegrate allows easy setup of futures items, tracking of
future orders and automatic conversion to sales upon vintage
release. For those wineries fortunate enough to sell through their
inventory prior to release, rest assured that their COGS seamlessly
flow from point of sale through to depletion of inventory and
reporting.
