11-Step Implementation Process
ERP implementations are complex projects usually
rolled out in 3 to 6 month time lines. Often it is desirable
to perform the implementation in logical phases to minimize overall
project risk and to make it easier for clients to acclimate to the
new software environment. If you are a NEW Vintegrate customer, you
can expect to walk through the KLH 11-Step Implementation Process.
This process starts with the Kick-off Meeting. In this step, we
establish and agree on goals for the project which are broken into
phases with deadlines. The most critical step follows with formal
Requirements Gathering by our team to begin laying down the
development plan for Vintegrate and ensure that Vintegrate can
support each business process that falls within the scope of the
project.
