Training & Support

End User Training

training_support_s.jpgEnd users are trained using the converted data and base system with customizations.  The training system is an exact mirror of what we will go live with except the data may be a few weeks out of date (it will be data as of when the data was extracted from the legacy system).  Users are encouraged to perform all their normal activities in training to be sure they know how to do the task and that the data conversion and customizations in use are correct and complete.

 

Assessment & Support

Probably the most important thing that separates KLH Consulting are the final 2 steps in our process -> Implementation Assessment and Ongoing Support. We want to know how the process went for your business (and staff) so we can address any lingering issues relating to the implementation.
