Unprecedented – It will be nice when we are not using that word daily!  Very quickly, it became clear that wineries were faced with new challenges from their vineyards to their tasting rooms.

Vintegrate 360 running in a Chrome browser works from any device which allowed winery staff to continue working from wherever they had to set up operations. The Vintegrate 360 development team made several updates and enhancements to support tasting rooms to continue selling wine even when they could only be open with limited capacity or not at all.

 

Our new Virtual Tasting feature allows wineries to host live online tasting experiences for a large group (broadcast or prerecorded style) or smaller intimate meetings where the winemaker directly interacts with the audience. Selected wines are available for purchase inside the virtual tasting experience.

 

We also enhanced our already robust Reservations feature – enabling reservation search and completion online for customers coming back to your winery in capacities you specify. The updated reservations feature is fully controlled by the system, which manages availability down to the table level. This allows wineries to fill their tasting rooms depending on their local restrictions.

 

Touchless POS is now available when your customers return to the tasting rooms, allowing them to select wines using a phone or tablet and have the service ticket print for the server. The transaction is finalized on the phone by the customer prior to service.  Minimizing personal interaction without introducing inefficiency helps keep everyone safe.
